Prior to any discussions, negotiations, assessments, or exchanges of information relating to the sale or potential sale of British Bulldog frozen semen, the Potential Client is strictly required to execute the Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) issued by MAAD72702 UNCUT LIMITED as Trustee for The Mayhem of Eden Discretionary Trust. No confidential, commercial, operational, genetic, breeding, or proprietary information will be released or discussed in any form until the NDA is fully completed, signed, and returned. This requirement is mandatory and is implemented to protect all intellectual property, commercial processes, breeding program data, and internal operations of the Disclosing Party.

Summary of NDA Terms.

Summary of the Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

• **Purpose:** Enables the exchange of confidential information solely for the evaluation of potential business discussions.
• **Confidential Information:** Includes all written, verbal, electronic, or otherwise disclosed information that is confidential by nature or context.
• **Receiving Party Obligations:** Must maintain confidentiality, restrict disclosure, and use the information only for the defined purpose.
• **No Rights Granted:** The NDA does not transfer or assign ownership or rights to any confidential information.
• **Duration:** Confidentiality obligations continue for two (2) years from the date of last disclosure.
• **Return/Destruction:** All confidential material must be returned or destroyed on request.
• **Remedies:** Unauthorized disclosure permits the Disclosing Party to seek legal and injunctive relief.
• **No Obligation to Proceed:** Neither party is obligated to move forward with any agreement.
• **Governing Law:** The NDA is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
• **Entire Agreement:** Replaces and supersedes all prior confidentiality discussions.
